  • To be considered for the next issue, Advertising Inquiries must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the scheduled print date.

    If designing is selected, all required content, logos, and images should be submitted promptly to ensure adequate design and proofing time.

  • Submission of this Advertising Inquiry Form does not guarantee advertisement placement or create a contractual relationship with The Hometown Collective.

    Advertisement placements are accepted based on availability, publication schedules, editorial standards, and payment. All advertising requests are reviewed by The Hometown Collective, and acceptance is at its sole discretion.

    If your request is accepted, an Advertising Agreement and invoice will be emailed to you. Your advertisement will not be reserved or published until the signed agreement has been received and payment has been made in full.

    The Hometown Collective reserves the right to refuse, reject, or request revisions to any advertisement that does not align with the publication's editorial standards, community values, technical specifications, or applicable laws.

    2. We'll confirm availability for your requested advertisement size and issue.

    3. If space is available, you'll receive an Advertising Agreement and invoice via email within approximately 48 business hours.

    4. If you've selected advertisement design services, a member of ELMNT Design Co. will contact you to begin the design process.

    5. Once your signed agreement and payment have been received, your advertisement will be reserved for publication.

    6. If applicable, you'll receive a proof of your professionally designed advertisement for approval before printing.
