Our Distribution Partners are local businesses and organizations that proudly offer FREE copies of The Hometown Collective to customers, clients, patients, visitors, and community members.
As a Distribution Partner, your business becomes an important part of our mission to celebrate everything that makes Williams County a great place to live, work, and visit. By displaying the magazine at your location, you're helping connect residents with local businesses, nonprofit organizations, events, inspiring stories, and valuable community resources.
There is no cost to become a Distribution Partner—just a shared commitment to supporting our local community.

Submission of this Interest Form does not create a partnership or contractual relationship with The Hometown Collective.
All submissions are reviewed based on factors including, but not limited to, location, accessibility, anticipated reader traffic, community fit, and distribution needs. Acceptance as a Founding Distribution Partner is at the sole discretion of The Hometown Collective.
If accepted, applicants will receive a Distribution Partner Agreement via email for electronic signature. No partnership shall become effective until the agreement has been fully executed.
The Hometown Collective reserves the right to approve or decline any application and may discontinue a distribution partnership in accordance with the terms outlined in the Distribution Partner Agreement.

Once your Interest Form has been submitted, our team will review your application to determine whether your business is a good fit for our growing distribution network.
Applications are evaluated based on factors such as location, accessibility, customer traffic, business hours, community impact, and overall distribution needs.
If your application is approved:
You'll receive a Distribution Partner Agreement via email for electronic signature.
Once the signed agreement has been received, your partnership will become active.
We'll coordinate your first magazine delivery.
If requested and available, we'll provide your custom acrylic display stand.
You'll receive your official Founding Distribution Partner Recognition Award to display at your business.
Your business will be added to our website as an official magazine pickup location.
Future issues of The Hometown Collective may also recognize your business as a Distribution Partner.
Please note: The number of magazines delivered to each Distribution Partner may vary from issue to issue based on print quantities, readership demand, distribution strategy, and availability. While we strive to keep our partners stocked, a specific quantity of magazines cannot be guaranteed.
